Some nutritionists suggest adding to our food, as it works to help with issues like Thyroid and a myriad of other health issues. Another Mayur Naturals philosophy is to detox while feeding the skin. Salt is a known detoxer and while you exfoliate your older, dry skin, feed it the minerals our daily normal diets lack. Tocotrienol is the "better" Vitamin E and not found commonly.
