HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

We know that timely shipping is crucial to our loyal customers, our goal is to ship 90% of in-stock items within 24 hours. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Whenever an extended delay is expected in shipping your package, our Customer Service team will notify you via phone or email. Please be aware that all expedited shipping options do not include Saturday delivery.

Note: While we work hard to achieve our goal, during peak holiday times, holidays may cause an overall increase in shipping times.

 

Shipping Rates:

At Mayuur Naturals all of our shipping rates and methods can easily be seen during the checkout process prior to placing your final order. The rates displayed are reflective of shipping and handling.  

 

Countries Outside USA & International Shipping ---

Some countries charge a VAT tax or duties on items ordered from outside their country. If you are unsure of these charges ahead of time, please check with your local government office or postal service. Import fees, duties, VAT taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

We suggest you check the procedures for your country's customs department before placing an international order, as we do not pay fees incurred as a result of customs inspection. If your package remains unclaimed, and is returned to us due to non-payment of said fees by your postal service or customs, no refund will be issued for shipping or transaction charges.

In addition, please note that our product labels are compliant to regulations in the United States of America and may or may not match the requirements of your country, as each country may have different requirements.

WHEN WILL I GET MY SHIPMENT?

We are located in Massachusetts.  Depending on your location, your order will typically arrive 2-6 business days after it is processed for most U.S residents. To keep you posted, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse that will include a tracking number for your order.
