HOW TO USE 

Start with a clean, dry eyelid. Draw small strokes along the upper lash line rather than one continuous line for more control. For a wing, extend the line outward and upward from the outer corner following the natural angle of your lower lash line. Allow 30 seconds to dry fully before opening eyes wide. Remove with a natural oil-based cleanser.
