Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to ship my order?

We aim to ship 90% of in-stock orders within 48 hours (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays.

When will I receive my order?

For U.S. customers, delivery typically takes 2–6 business days after processing. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Where are orders shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our facility in Massachusetts, USA.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship domestic and to Canada. If you would like to place an order, please contact us at Info@mayuurnaturals.com Please note that customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, or if it has been significantly delayed, please contact your local post office right away. If you need further assistance, contact us at Info@mayuurnaturals.com. We'll do everything we can to resolve it at our end.

 

International Orders Including Canada

Will I be charged additional fees on international orders?

Some countries apply customs duties or VAT on imported goods. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you're unsure.

Can I get a refund on an international order?

International orders are final once shipped and cannot be refunded. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on most products. If you're not satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Are there any exceptions to the return policy?

Yes. Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of makeup products, a 50% restocking fee applies to all makeup returns — meaning customers receive a 50% refund on returned makeup items. Skincare and haircare products are not affected and qualify for a full refund.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Info@mayuurnaturals.com with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away — no need to return the damaged item.

How do I start a return?

Email us at Info@mayuurnaturals.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Yes — all Mayuur Naturals products are made with carefully selected, all-natural ingredients. No fillers, no harmful chemicals, no compromise.

Are your products vegan and gluten-free?

Absolutely. Every Mayuur Naturals product is:

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Our formulations are designed with sensitive skin in mind. However, everyone's skin is different. We recommend doing a patch test on a small area before full use, especially if you have known allergies or sensitivities.

Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?

While our products are made with natural ingredients, we always recommend consulting your healthcare provider before introducing new skincare or haircare products during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

Are your products tested on animals?

Never. All Mayuur Naturals products are 100% cruelty-free.

Where are your products made?

All our products are handcrafted in Massachusetts, USA.

For the best results, we recommend this simple daily routine:

Can I use the Elixir Face Serum instead of my regular moisturizer?

Yes — that's exactly what it's designed for. The Elixir Face Serum replaces your moisturizer, serum, and facial oil in one step. Most customers find they don't need anything else after switching to it.

Can the body butters be used as an aftershave balm?

Absolutely — our body butters work beautifully as an aftershave balm. Apply a small amount immediately after shaving for a soothing, nourishing finish with no burn. The Shaman Body Butter is particularly popular for this.

How do I sign up for a subscription?

On any eligible product page, select the Subscribe option and choose your preferred delivery frequency before adding to cart. It's that simple.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes — you can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment.

Can I change the frequency of my deliveries?

Absolutely. Log into your account and update your delivery frequency from your subscription settings whenever you need to.

What if I want to swap a product in my subscription?

Orders & Support

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you need to make changes. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
