At Mayuur Naturals, we’ve always believed that the best products aren’t just made in a lab — they’re shaped by real people, with real skin, and real lives. That’s why before anything new reaches our shelves, it goes through the hands of the people who matter most: you.

We’re so excited to share that we are currently trialing a brand new product — one designed specifically for the neck. We’re not ready to reveal everything just yet, but what we can tell you is that it’s been a long time in the making, and we couldn’t be more proud of it.

Right now, a small group of our customers are using it every single day, sharing their honest thoughts, and helping us make sure it’s everything we know it can be before it launches. No filters. No marketing gloss. Just real results and real feedback.

Why We Trial Before We Launch

We could launch a new product tomorrow. But that’s never been our way. The neck is one of the most overlooked areas in skincare — and one of the most telling. It deserves a product that has been properly tested, carefully refined, and genuinely proven to make a difference.

Our trial process means that by the time something reaches you, it has already been used daily, photographed weekly, and reviewed honestly by customers who had a real concern they wanted to address. That’s the Mayuur Naturals promise.

How Our Trial Process Works

Each time we have a new product ready to trial, we invite a small group of customers — usually just five or six people — to be the first to try it. We keep the group small so we can give each participant our full attention and really listen to what they’re telling us.

What Trial Participants Do:

         Use the product twice daily — morning and evening — for the full trial period

         Take weekly progress photos so we can track visible changes over time

         Complete a mid-trial check-in to share early impressions

         Give detailed feedback at the end — the good, the not so good, and everything in between

It’s a genuine commitment — and we’re grateful to every customer who takes part. In return, they receive the product completely free of charge, and the satisfaction of knowing their voice directly shaped something that thousands of people will go on to use.

How to Stay Eligible for Future Trials

We always give first preference to our active customers — those who have made a purchase with us within the last 12 months. It’s our way of saying thank you to the people who show up for us consistently, and who we know genuinely love and use our products.

Beyond that, we look for participants whose skin concerns are a genuine match for the product we’re testing. This isn’t about excluding anyone — it’s about making sure the people who try it are the ones most likely to see real, meaningful results. After all, the best trial is one where the before and after actually tells a story.
